- 16 ounces of elbow macaroni, cooked
- 4 cups skim milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 12 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of bread for breadcrumbs or 3 dinner rolls
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Combine the milk, flour, onion salt in a ziplock bag.
- Seal tightly and shake to combine ingredients thoroughly.
- Combine the flour mixture, approximately 8 cups of cheese, and cooked macaroni in a large bowl.
- Pour into a greased 13″ x 9″ baking dish.
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, remaining cheese, and drizzle with melted butter.
- Cook at 375 degrees for around 35 minutes.
