Family Favorite Pizza Dough Recipe


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup water (8090 degrees)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups bread flour, non-bleached
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon bread machine/fast rise yeast OR 2 teaspoons active dry yeast.

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to your bread machine per instructions.
  2. Program for dough setting.
  3. Remove from machine. Place on floured surface. Knead for 1 minute. Allow to rest 15 minutes.
  4. Roll dough to fit into pan.
  5. Place into greased pan and press dough into pan, formed an edge.
  6. Allow to rise in a warm, draft free place for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Top with 8 ounces of pizza sauce and favorite toppings!
