It’s my favorite season of the year – pumpkin season. Actually, I love all things fall but especially the pumpkin spice flavorings.
I was excited to finally find the International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice coffee creamer in stores. I grabbed the Pumpkin Pie Spice as well as a couple of the other fun seasonal flavors. The other two I found were more geared towards Christmas but I went ahead and picked them up since they are usually limited in quantity.
International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice coffee creamer is a creamy swirl of seasonal spice with flavors inspired by pumpkin pie. Not only is it great in coffee for those of you who love pumpkin pie spice, it can also be incorporated into recipes to bring a new seasonal dimension to a recipe without much effort.
I decided to try out a recipe I found on the International Delight website for Pumpkin Pie Spice Sugar Cookies. This is a super easy recipe that tastes delicious. Instead of rolling out the cookie dough and cutting shapes, I just baked mine as a drop cookie. If you want to make these even more fun, you can cut out fun Halloween and Fall shapes and decorate the cookies for the season.
