This is factory refurbished. It does include a 90 day warranty. I’ve personally ordered many factory refurbished items in the past like iPods, Oreck vacuum, Wii, etc. and have never had any issues with these items. Normally when I receive, I would have never even know it was a factory refurbished item because the packaging and look of the item is great.
