Not only can you save money with printed coupons, you can Save Money With Coupon Savings Apps. With so many apps and rebate programs out there, we felt it was a good idea to share some tips and information about each so you can take advantage of the savings with ease.
Save Money With Coupon Savings Apps
Ibotta: This app has been around for a few years now and is proven to be a great way to earn money back on your purchases. Ibotta is not a coupon app as much as it is a rebate app. You go through the app and complete a few questions about each product they are offering a rebate on. Once you buy the product in store, you can scan your receipt into the app and will be credited the rebate amount. You can then withdraw to your Paypal account once you meet their minimum payout amount. You can use coupons in store and still receive the rebate amount with this app. It is store specific, so you may not be able to use it with all transactions you make.
Berrycart: Berrycart is almost identical to Ibotta in how it works, except it is focused mostly on organic and natural food brands. It is a great way to save even more money on healthy foods for your family.
Checkout 51: Checkout51 is another great rebate savings app. The great thing about Checkout 51 is that you can also use it on your desktop not just your phone. So if you don’t have a smart phone, this is a perfect rebate app to use to save money on grocery purchases.
Target Cartwheel: This app is a different spin on coupons for Target. You can load up to 17 of the coupons in the carthweel app at one time. When you get to checkout, just let the cashier scan your cartwheel barcode and items you had coupons loaded for will be automatically discounted. This is a great way to save on in store brands, as well as on things like clothing, home goods and appliances at Target.
There are many ways you can save money with coupon savings apps. Not only can they be a bonus on top of using regular coupons, they can be an easy way for someone to coupon without much time spent. Make sure that the coupon apps you use are reputable and offering discounts direct and not just uploading random coupons. There are many shady apps out there that have fraudulent coupons on them. If the coupon isn’t from the store or manufacturer directly, it likely isn’t okay to use. These apps all offer discounts based on your purchases, and do not offer actual coupons that aren’t valid.
