- 4 oz. uncooked spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 16 oz. jar pasta sauce
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 8 oz cottage cheese
- 4 oz. mozzarella cheese)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to directions.
- Combine spaghetti, egg, and parmesan.
- Form into pie plate like a crust.
- Cook ground beef with minced garlic until brown.
- Drain meat.
- Put meat back into pan and add in pasta sauce. Heat.
- Layer cottage cheese on the spaghetti crust.
- Spread meat mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until bubbly.
