With Earth Day coming up later this month, some of you may be trying to find some alternate Green products to use. You may remember the Rate the Roll Challenge I participated in a few years back. In it, I discovered that White Cloud GreenEarth Bath tissue is a great green product and you don’t have to sacrifice softness to support products made from 100% recycled fibers. Best of all, White Cloud GreenEarth products are extremely budget friendly.
Right now, White Cloud is offering a $0.75 off any White Cloud GreenEarth product, which includes bath tissue or paper towel. Enter the Beyond the Green Sweepstakes fora chance to win a brand new Nissan Leaf, the 2011 World Car of the Year that is 100% electric. You can enter the Sweepstakes every day until April 30, 2012.
Like me during the Rate the Roll Challenge, I would have never guessed the White Cloud products were made with 100% recycled fibers as there was no difference from the non-recycled fiber products. I always was under the impression you had to sacrifice quality to use a green product. You do not have to do that with the White Cloud GreenEarth products.
I took a interesting trip back in 2010 to the factory that makes White Cloud GreenEarth products. I was able to see the “slush” that the fibers come from including office paper. White Cloud has a very special manufacturing process that gives the bath tissue a soft feel compared to other paper products made from recycled fibers.
To get to the $0.75 off coupon, you will need to got the White Cloud Facebook Page, enter your zip code. If you are located in a area where White Cloud GreenEarth products are sold, you will get a $0.75 off GreenEarth product printable coupon. I recycle whenever possible (paper, cans, plastic and glass bottles), always walk to school, try to line dry my clothes when it’s nice outside, use cloth towels and rags instead of paper towels to clean.
We recycle everything that we can and try to use things that we can’t in recycled art.
I recycle whenever possible.
we have begun using energy saving light bulbs, I like to hang my clothes out on the clothes line to dry & open my windows instead of AC when ever possible and its not extremely hot and even then I run ceiling fans & set the temp up higher than normal to save on watts
thanks
