yo crunch halloween

I couldn’t find a link to this promotion on the YoCrunch site but I did receive this information from their PR team!

For up to two weeks following Halloween (October 31, 2009), send any candy wrappers which your child has “earned” by trick or treating to YoCrunch to be rewarded with a YoCrunch product coupon. Limit 1 submission per household.

Send wrapper to:

Shaina Zalma
Yo Crunch
9507 Santa Monica Blvd., Suite 300
Beverly Hills, CA 90210

I’m getting two toothaches looking at that sweet candy ice cream, it looks so good!

To be honest, this offer looked kinda odd, so I called YoCrunch:

….and it is for real.

However, on further reflection, I don’t know if it is worth the effort when you factor in the cost of postage :(

K – Yeah, it is probably only going to be worth about $0.60 after factoring postage in. Yes, it is legitimate as I received it from their Public Relations contact. Thanks, Briana

Now, does this treat apply to mommies who steal, I mean “earn” let’s say, a stray Reeses Peanut Butter Cup from their child’s pumpkin head after they’ve gone to sleep? I am much more responsible for keeping track of my candy wrappers than those little hooligans. *exhibit A: behind sofa*

So, do you just have to send in one wrapper? If so, who cares if it’s only $.60 after you factor in postage? I would spend a penny to get two pennies back any day! It’s still making money…

Yep, you only need to send in one wrapper to receive a coupon. Here’s to a fun time trick-or-treating and nutritious eating following Halloween. I look forward to sending some coupons your way :) .
