Breaded Tenderloin Recipe


Ingredients

  • Pork Loin, sliced thin
  • eggs
  • cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Slice pork loin.
  2. Then use a meat tenderizer and beat until you get to the thickness you want.
  3. Dip the tenderloin in the beaten eggs.
  4. Then dip in crushed cracker crumbs.
  5. Freeze by separating with wax paper and store in an air tight container in the freezer.
