Corn Dog Muffins


  • 2 packages corn bread mix (8 1/2 oz)
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 hot dogs, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine mix and brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs and milk. Stir until combined.
  4. Fold in hot dogs.
  5. Fill lined muffin cups approximately 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
