Recipe: Sun Dried Bow Ties w/Tofu


  • 8 oz. package of bow tie pasta, cooked
  • 68 pieces of sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 8 oz. package of tofu, diced (substitute diced chicken if you prefer)
  • 34 Tablespoons (basically to taste) Kraft sun dried tomato vinaigrette dressing**


  1. Cook pasta according to directions.
  2. Use non-stick cooking spray or olive oil to cook pressed tofu or chicken.
  3. Add cooked bow tie pasta, sun dried tomatoes, and dressing.
  4. Cook on medium until warm.
