- 8 oz. package of bow tie pasta, cooked
- 6–8 pieces of sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped
- 8 oz. package of tofu, diced (substitute diced chicken if you prefer)
- 3–4 Tablespoons (basically to taste) Kraft sun dried tomato vinaigrette dressing**
- Cook pasta according to directions.
- Use non-stick cooking spray or olive oil to cook pressed tofu or chicken.
- Add cooked bow tie pasta, sun dried tomatoes, and dressing.
- Cook on medium until warm.
