- 8 oz Spaghetti Noodles
- 1 Jar of Sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter
- 12 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1 package fresh mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook noodles per directions.
- Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, and egg thoroughly to make a creamy mixture.
- Cook mushrooms in a teaspoon of olive oil on stove.
- Cut the butter into squares.
- Use half of the butter squares at the bottom of your 9×11 dish.
- Layer half noodles on the butter. Top with creamy mixture.
- Layer the additional noodles and top with rest of butter.
- Add mushroom layer.
- Layer sauce. Top with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
