Vegetarian Pizza Balls & Pepperoni Pizza Balls

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cans of canned biscuits or crescent sheets
  • 16 ounces of Colby Jack cheese cut into chunks
  • 4080 pepperoni
  • 12 cups baby spinach
  • 1 egg
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Garlic Powder
  • Sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Cut the crescent sheets into smaller squares and flattened it down.
  2. Layer the pepperoni, cheese, then pepperoni again. (Or spinach)
  3. Fold into a ball shape.
  4. Place in a greased pan. Brush with egg, oil, or butter.
  5. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until dough is cooked.
