Technically you don’t have to have children in diapers to participate in the program, but the mandatory questionnaire at signup asks how old you child is or if you even have children. I’ve seen that if you check a box that says you don’t have a child within “diaper age”, you cannot participate. They don’t want people without kids, or kids that are too old to participate because they loose money.
