Everything Bagel Chicken Salad

This keto friendly, low carb, dairy free, gluten free oven baked chicken recipe made with everything bagel seasoning will become a weekly staple in your household. The only thing it is not free from is delicious flavor!




  • Chicken Breasts
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Everything Bagel seasoning per chicken breast

Every Bagel Seasoning

  • 2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 Tablespoons white sesame seeds
  • 1 Tablespoons black sesame seeds
  • 1 Tablespoons + 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 Tablespoons + 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tablespoon course salt


1. Preheat your oven to 375 degree and grease a baking pan with a tablespoon of EVOO. 2. Scoop a few tablespoons of the everything bagel seasoning in a bowl. 3. Brush the top of the chicken with EVOO. 4. Place the top of each chicken breast into the bowl, shake off any excess and place into your baking pan, seasoning side face up.  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.  5. Serve with over a fresh salad
