Everything Bagel Chicken Salad | Low Carb | Keto Friendly

This keto friendly, low carb, dairy free, gluten free oven baked chicken recipe made with everything bagel seasoning will become a weekly staple in your household. The only thing it is not free from is delicious flavor!

Low carb and Keto followers, use this chicken on a fresh bed of greens. This everything bagel chicken would also be delicious paired with cauliflower rice and roasted broccoli. Use boneless chicken thighs in lieu of chicken breasts for a juicier and fattier piece of meat.

Quick Meal Prep

You can make the Everything Bagel Seasoning at home with your own ingredients or buy it already combined at Kroger or Trader Joe’s. To make meal prep easier purchase the Everything Bagel Seasoning or make your own ahead of time.

For quicker cooking, use boneless chicken tenders instead of chicken breasts. Chicken tenders will cook in about half the time.

Chicken

  • Chicken Breasts
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Everything Bagel seasoning per chicken breast

Every Bagel Seasoning

  • 2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 Tablespoons white sesame seeds
  • 1 Tablespoons black sesame seeds
  • 1 Tablespoons + 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 Tablespoons + 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tablespoon course salt

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degree and grease a baking pan with a tablespoon of EVOO.

2. Scoop a few tablespoons of the everything bagel seasoning in a bowl.

3. Brush the top of the chicken with EVOO. 

4. Place the top of each chicken breast into the bowl, shake off any excess and place into your baking pan, seasoning side face up.

4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
