Kroger: Quadruple Fuel Rewards w/Holiday Gift Card Purchase + $25 Kroger Gift Card Giveaway

Beginning November 20, 2011 thru December 11, 2011, Kroger will be offering quadruple fuel rewards points on most gift cards sold at in-store kiosks. The reward points can be redeemed for discounts of up to $0.10 per gallon on fuel at Shell Stations and $1 per gallon at Kroger Fuel Centers. This is a great way to save on your holiday gift cards while earning a little extra to pay for fuel.

The more points you accrue, the great the rewards. For example, for every $50 in gift cards from Kroger’s Gift Card Mall, you will receive 200 fuel points. The 200 fuel points can be redeemed for $10 per gallon at Shell Stations on two different fill-ups or $0.20 off per gallon at the Kroger Fuel Center.

With a wide variety of retailers to choose from such as Macy’s, JCPenney, Sears, Starbucks, iTunes, Lowers, Gap, Old Navy, Chili’s, and Best Buy, you will be able to find gift cards for everyone on your list. All you have to do is buy them from the Kroger Kiosk with your Kroger Plus Card.

  25. I like to buy Old Navy, Starbucks, and Best Buy gift cards when they have the fuel points because then I’m able to save money and keep gifts on hand!

  36. The gift cards I will buy are Outback Steakhouse for sure for my father and father-in-law, and then a few others that I haven’t decided yet.

  54. Do you mean that 200 points can get $1 off per gallon at Shell or $0.20 at Kroger? Also, don’t points recount at the beginning of each month? So it’s better to purchase gift cards on December 1 to take advantage of gas savings all of December, correct? I’m new at this – just trying to understand better. Thanks for hosting the giveaway!

  59. I’m planning on picking up some Penney’s cards since I’ll be shopping there anyway. I may as well get the fuel points AND I have a $10 rebate wyb a $50 gift card so that makes it a super sweet deal for me.

  69. I will be buying gift cards for music, books, and video games. I don’t know whether this makes teenagers easy or hard to shop for.

  74. I’ll be buying a few for gifts (Bass Pro Shop, Starbucks, Target), but I also will buy some for local restaurants (Panera, McDonalds, Little Caesar’s) that we like to eat at on the weekends. We would spend the money anyway and this lets us get fuel points that really add up!
