Blueberry Pecan Crisp


Ingredients

  • 120 oz. unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 121 oz can Lucky Leaf Premium Blueberry Pie Filling
  • 18.25 oz package yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup pecan halves, chopped
  • 1 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pour pineapple into greased 13×9 baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Top with pie filling. Sprinkle with cake mix and pecans.
  4. Drizzle with butter.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is golden brown.
