Secrets to Entertaining
Entertaining has always been a fun passion of mine. I love having people over, cooking great food, and having awesome fellowship. If you love to entertain, then you know it’s not always easy. However, it is possible to have a stress free day of entertaining. Check out my secrets to entertaining.
Keep it Simple
One of the best secrets to entertaining is to keep it simple. Don’t stress yourself out trying to get everything perfect. You are only human, so it only makes sense to make it easy on yourself. You can keep it simple by limiting the amount of decorations or keeping the menu easy, no need to stay up all night decorating and cooking.
Share the Responsibility
When you are the one hosting, it can be overwhelming to think of dozens of people coming to your home. Which is why it makes sense to share the responsibility with everyone else. Ask others to chip in and help provide dishes. I’m sure they will oblige, considering you are the one hosting.
Keep the Atmosphere Fun & Inviting
When you are entertaining, there’s no need to overdo it. Play some light music in the background, light some candles, and relax. The people coming to your house are there to have fun, but they are not there for an event. Keep the everything light, fun, and inviting and the mood will be just right.
Use Delicious Dip Options and Lipton® Recipe Secrets
This is one of my best kept secrets for entertaining. Lipton® Recipe Secrets at Walmart is a line of soup mixes that can help bring your dips to life. This is truly one way I keep my hosting simple and sweet. One of my go to recipes Buffalo Onion Ranch Dip, using Lipton® Recipe Secrets Golden Onion Soup Mix. It’s super easy and really yummy and it makes the perfect dip for any get together. You will just need a few simple ingredients. I like to buy a rotisserie chicken for this dip. It doesn’t take the whole chicken so you will have plenty leftover for at least one or possibly two other meals!
Mix your chicken and cayenne pepper sauce. Then add the remaining ingredients.
Bake at 375 until bubbly, which is about 20 minutes.
Now you can make entertaining even easier and create a crowd pleasing dish that’s super easy! Find more crowd-pleasing classics by visiting Lipton® Recipe Secrets on Pinterest.
