Do you ever get tired of putting Ranch on everything? Now, don’t get me wrong. I love Ranch as much as the next person, but there are definitely times when I’m in the mood to mix it up a little and try a healthy salad dressing that is absolutely perfect for summer. In times like these, this Pineapple Vinaigrette salad dressing is the perfect solution!
If you’ve never tried making your own fruit salad dressing before, I highly recommend it. Not only is this pineapple salad dressing really yummy, but it is incredibly easy to make as well. Simply measure the ingredients and stir! Plus, it’s made with only common ingredients that you probably already have on hand anyway.
Another great benefit of this Pineapple Vinaigrette fruit salad dressing is how healthy it is. You won’t find any strange chemicals or additives here–only pineapple juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, sea salt and fresh pepper. Finally, your salad can actually be truly healthy for you without sacrificing any of the taste.
The next time you want something quick and easy but you don’t want to reach for junk food once again, why not try a salad with Pineapple Vinaigrette? Chances are, you just might love it and make it again and again. You can store your Pineapple Vinaigrette in a mason jar or another sealed container in the fridge for about a week or so. I also like to use a container like this – Kolder Salad Dressing Bottle – for more of a store bought feel for my homemade dressing.
