I too took the survery and it didn’t ask for my email address… How do I enter?
I have the same problem, it didn’t ask for my email. I’d still love the chance! Oh, and I’d say the survey takes maybe two minutes.

It didn’t ask me at the end for my email address :( Can I still be entered? It stopped for me after I put in homemaker as my occupation.

I have the survey fixed now. Something with the skip logic was making it skip the last two questions if you checked you did not work outside the home. I apologize. Any entries already completed will be counted. However, if it did not ask for your email address, please retake the new survey just to be on the safe side! Thanks! Again, I apologize!
