I also like to add 1/2 cup or so of cheese to the top of the meatloaf.
- 2 lbs of ground beef
- 8 oz of tomato sauce
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup of A1 Original Steak Sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Reserve 1/2 of the tomato sauce and mix the rest of the ingredients.
- Press into a 9×5 loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
- Top with remaining sauce.
- Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
