Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders

This is a easy weeknight recipe for your entire family to enjoy especially if you find a good deal on Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits.  This is inexpensive and an easy recipe that is sure to please your family with its cheesy, bacon goodness.

Here’s what you will need: 

  • Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits (8 pk)
  • 1/2 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped Onion (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 4 slices Bacon cut in small pieces
  • 8 slices Cheddar Cheese

First cook bacon pieces and set on paper towel to remove grease.  Brown ground along with onion, garlic powder, and worcestershire. Drain ground beef.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.  Flatten out each biscuit dough and top them with cheddar cheese, browned hamburger pieces and bacon pieces.  You can also add other condiments like ketchup, mustard, or pickle if desired.

Take all of the edges stretch and gather up at the top and pinch together. Place onto a greased cookie sheet with the gathered side on the bottom. Bake at for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 pack Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
  • 1/2 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped Onion (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 4 slices Bacon cut in small pieces
  • 8 slices Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon pieces and set on paper towel to drain.
  2. Brown ground Beef (and chopped onion, garlic powder and worcestershire if desired) and drain.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425.
  4. Flatten out each biscuit dough and top them with cheddar cheese, browned hamburger pieces and bacon pieces. Optionally add Katchup, mustard and pickle.
  5. Take all of the edges stretch and gather up at the top and pinch together. Place onto a greased cookie sheet with the gathered side on the bottom.
  6. Bake at for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
