Caramel Apple Overnight Oatmeal Recipe - Easy

One of my favorite breakfast and snacks is overnight oatmeal. It is delicious and easy to make, usually only taking 5 minutes of prep time the night before. Since it is fall, I thought why not try a fall apples inspired version of my favorite. I’m so glad I did as it hits the spot just perfectly!

All you need is some old fashioned oats and yogurt. Combine, place in refrigerator overnight and the oats will soak up any liquid.  I found this seasonal Yoplait Greek 100 Caramel Apple yogurt that was perfect for this recipe. With these flavors, it is like you are practically eating a caramel apple. This recipe is so simple and you can use with any of your favorite Yoplait yogurts to create a taste customized completely to your own preferences.

Top with some chopped apples and walnuts if you desire. Sprinkle just a bit of cinnamon on top for a perfect finishing touch. I love to make these in bulk batches so I have a great snack everyday  of the week.

Overnight Oats

You can pick up Yoplait Yogurt at your local Walmart like I did. Yoplait Greek 100 Yogurt in Caramel Apple is perfect in this Caramel Apple Overnight Oats recipe and just as delicious straight out of the package. #SnackandSmile
