It is based on the true story of Dr. Benjamin S. Carson, who overcame multiple obstacles to become the director of pediatric neurosurgery at John Hopkins Children’s center, a best selling author, and a recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom. It is amazing what a mother’s love and support can accomplish!
