Easter is almost here! Many of you will probably be spending the day with family like we will be doing. We are not hosting any of these events but I do like to bring along something to contribute to the delicious food. With the warmer weather approaching, a fresh fruit tray is always refreshing. Pair it with a delicious fruit dip and you have a healthy and delicious treat.
This fruit dip recipe will take you less than 5 minutes. Seriously, very easy. It is also very customizable with all of the flavors that International Delight offers. Yes, coffee creamer is for more than just using in your actual coffee! It can be a easy way to jazz up your favorite recipes.
I had International Delight French Vanilla Coffee Creamer in my refrigerator so I decided to use that variety this time around. I paired it was an equal amount of greek yogurt. I decided to use the Cafe Latte variety I had purchased earlier in the day. Whisk until blended. It doesn’t take long at all. You can also toss in some mini chocolate chips if you have any of those on hand, which would satisfy those chocolate cravings! :)
Then simply dip your choice of fruit. I used bananas but strawberries, apples, pineapples, grapes, or really any other fruit of your choice would work too! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup International Delight Vanilla Coffee Creamer (or your favorite variety)
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (any variety)
Directions:
Whisk ingredients until blended.
ENJOY!
