If you love the rich and creamy taste of Wendy’s iconic Frosty this is the recipe is for you. This copycat Wendy’s Frosty creation couldn’t be simpler- with just 5 ingredients and 5 minutes or less you can be indulging in a fast food favorite. No need to wait in the drive through line, or spend more money than you have to on dessert. This recipe is made for 2-4, depending on serving size, but you don’t have to share, I won’t tell ( the scale might though). A perfect treat on a hot summer day for poolside or to cap off a delicious dinner of homemade burgers and fries. Make sure to keep the ingredients on hand at all time because you may start craving these!
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream
- 3 tablespoon powdered chocolate drink mix (Nesquik)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ cup cool whip
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until thoroughly combined.
To make it thinner, add more milk. For a thicker shake more like an authentic Wendy’s frosty use a little less milk. Serve with a spoon and a straw!
Wendy’s now has vanilla Frosty’s if you prefer that simply leave out the chocolate drink mix and use less milk.
