This Caribbean Jerk Grouper recipe would be great for the holidays if you are looking for something unique to serve during your dinners. All you need is fresh grouper or another favorite white fish, Caribbean spice mixture, and OMAGGIO Limited Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Line your baking pan with aluminum or a baking mat.
