Also, I am to this rss feed thing (we a had a dinosaur of a computer that ran really, really, I mean really slow) and it definately wouldn't have been able to keep up with feeds without a 5 minute download delay. Are there any pointers that you can give to a like me who needs to catch up with twitter, feeds and the other social networking sites???
