Biggs: Double/Triple Coupon Event 10/2 to 10/5

My friend Marianne at New Frugal Mom tells me those of you living in the Cincy area will be having a huge Double/Triple coupon event from 10/2 to 10/5. If you aren’t in Cincy, you may want to check your ad or call your local store to see if they are participating.
