My favorite part about eating at <insert name of popular chain Italian restaurant> is the big bowl of salad with their signature <insert name of popular chain Italian restaurant> Salad dressing drizzled all over the top. We’ve worked out a really good version of this salad dressing for you to enjoy at home. This Copycat <insert name of popular chain Italian restaurant> Salad Dressing goes great on any salad or use as a marinade for meat or a veggie dip.
Here’s What You Will Need:
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. Garlic salt
- 1 tsp. Black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. water
Put all ingredients in blender and mix until it is thoroughly combined.
Pour into a recycled, clean salad dressing jar or mason jar.
Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

Joyce at says Copycats that rock are hard to come by. Thank you for this awesome salad dressing. I am vegan and we eat a lot of salads. I had to improvise with using vegan mayo and vegan cheese. Sometimes, I do omit the cheese, and it’s still awesome. So easy to make, economical too.
