On a recent vacation, my mom had a moment of panic when she thought all the pictures on her memory card were gone. However, she was lucky and the memory card just wasn’t pushed down all the way in her camera.
After losing a loved one, all photos and videos are so precious. You don’t want to lose a single one. Backing up and uploading photos to safeguard your photos is so important.
That is why I was excited to get the opportunity to try out a Eye-Fi Wireless Photo & Video Memory Card. The Eye-Fi Wireless Photo and Video Memory Card is a easy way to back up and share. Plus, when your photos are automatically uploaded there is no more searching for cables and your photos are waiting for you in your online photo storage site ready to share with friends and family.
It is so simple to get started. Plug in the USB card reader to get started. Follow the installation steps and set up your Eye-Fi account. You can then link your Eye-Fi photos to your online sharing sites like Mobile Me, Flickr, Picasa among a few.
As you are setting up your card, you will be guided through all of these steps with the final test – taking a picture of yourself. Then you will see that picture of yourself, uploaded to the sites you have set up. The whole process takes around 10 minutes and gives you that security knowing your photos will be uploaded seamlessly when you turn your camera on and it is connected to a wi-fi network.

I like that you can use your Wi-Fi network instead of hunting for cables or card readers to download your pictures. What a time saver!!
I would love to win one of these awesome cards because as a mother of three little boys all under the age of 5. I seem to take a ton of photos but it’s always an issue getting my photos uploaded someone always needs something or there just doesn’t seem to be enough time in the day. I would love love love one!!
I am a very technical user, and I especially love tech that makes life easier. Whenever I find tech that I love, I am a very vocal proponent of it and get all of my friends to buy it. Or else I buy it for them! Been dying to try one of these cards.

this would pair wonderfully with my new panasonic fz-35. which has been taking wonderful pictures of the hummingbirds, herons & a young eagle in my backyard – the troublesome part is having to take out the sdhc card, and put it in the card reader to get the pictures off. This would be an awesome addition to my new camera!!!

I need a Eye-Fi card because I am really bad about deleting pictures by mistake. This would make my husband much, much less frustrated with me.
Oh, I so need this! I can’t even tell you how many pictures I have sitting on my camara right now, only because it is such a pain to search for the usb cord, wait for the pc to “sense” that the camera is connected, sort….ugh!

I am taking at least a picture a day of my kids (2) and of course one is not enough so i end up with too many pictures and most of the time my card is full pretty fast.

I am a first time mom and have always loved to take pictures, especially now with my son. But I dread uploading the pictures to my camera and risk losing them all. This sounds like a great product.
I always have to wait for my husband to help me. This sounds SO SUPER SIMPLE! I could show my husband something new for a change!

I would love to win this, so I could give to my Mother on Mother’s Day. I inherited her love of photos and would enjoy setting this up for her. She lost alot of her children’s and grandchildren’s pictures in the Nashville flood 2010. So anything to help her keep track of her pictures would be a great gift.

This is a great device! I often forget to upload my photos immediately to my computer, and this would help ensure that they don’t get lost or accidentally erased before I have a chance to upload them.
I take so many pictures but I’m terrible at uploading! My husband always finds the camera with “card full” and gets annoyed at me haha. This would help me out a lot….
I am a 67 yr old grandmother of three. My grandchildren praise me for trying all the new electronic options, accessories, etc and for communicating with them on my PC. I recently purchased a webcam in order to see my oldest daughter in Massachusetts when we called each other. I set up Skype and we now have wonderful conversations! Now, your Eye-Fi computer card would enable me to send recent pictures to her without having to make a disc and copy pictures, etc.
This would be another “notch in my PC belt” and give me more bonus points with my children and grandchildren !
