My Marsh Triple Coupons

May 28, 2011 By: Briana Carter12 Comments

How did you do with Marsh Triple Coupons? If you haven’t check it out yet, you need to before it ends on Monday, May 30, 2011.

I made two trips on Friday so that I could pull together the deals for everyone. You can see my coupon match up for the Marsh Triple Coupons here. If you are headed out, my suggestion is to clip all your $1/1 or $0.75/1 coupons. These will score you your best deals!

I purchased a variety of items and stuck to the two coupons per transaction limit. On Trip #2, I only purchased a few items that were similar to Trip #1…things like the ERA Detergent, Cereal, and Munchables. Since our family can go through 7 boxes a cereal a week, I think stocking up a cereal was my best bet! Everything I purchased was things we will use.

Transaction #1:

Total before coupons & promotions: $277

Spent: $23.61

Savings 92%

Transaction #2:

Total before coupons & promotions: $261

Spent: $38.26

Savings 86%

This event was so much fun and I hope Marsh offers promotions like this in the future! Hopefully, everyone out there is couponing ethically and not clearing the shelves. Remember, the cashiers are working hard this holiday weekend so be sure to give them props!

Remember, you can search the Coupon Database for more coupons! Let us know how your shopping trip went!

For those of you upset, sign up for their emails. They sent out an email early Friday morning (although I was out of town all weekend so I wasn’t able to take advantage either). Marsh doesn’t care about it’s customers?!?! They had TRIPLE coupons up to ONE DOLLAR. They didn’t have to do that at all. I would say they do care about their customers. Stop feeling so entitled.

I think this was a sad day for Marsh stores as they didn’t advertise this in their weekly flyer and I had found out from a coworker about this sale, and unfortunately too late. I am seriously disappointed with Marsh stores and I will be posting a complaint on their web site as this was a total blindsided to a lot of us in my opinion. I am happy for those of you who got great savings. As for me, Marsh will not be getting my business for a long time to come until they can prove that they care about us customers.

Made 3 trips with Great Success! Over all totals were over $1500 dollars for around $125.
No Shelf clearing, and great, great , great cashiers. Make sure if you have a great experience, send the company a memo, just as you would if you had a bad one!

I went on Saturday total was 211.03 and OOP was 48.59

I always hand one coupon at a time to the cashiers – I’ve even had cashiers tell me you “have” to give me all your coupons. I hold my ground and will hand them one at a time. Now if I am buying 2 of the same item i will hand them both of those at the same time. I’ve had them dropped way too many times.

I too hope they do this every once in awhile – I was able to buy stuff I needed, for my daughter and donations to my friends church food bank.

I went twice on Saturday. Saved $60 some first trip but really did some damage on the second trip. Saved $108 on a $120 order only spending $11. 91% savings!! My personal best :). Thanks so much for posting all the match ups Briana. That helped tremendously. I think I am all set on BBQ sauce through fall!

I just got back from Marsh. The shelves were pretty empty of the items that you could score for free but I made the best of what I had… grand total $178.38 and final OOP $52.65. My receipt says I had 71% in savings and would have been higher if I hadn’t purchased from the meat counter. I’m not used to shopping at Marsh so my coupons were not organized well for this trip. I’m going to review and compare tonight to see if I can pick up a few extra savings tomorrow.

Thanks for the great job you do on your website. It has helped me save tremendously.

This deal was not advertised. They posted it on FB. Only saw it if you “like” them. I went today and lots of shelves were bare. I counted my coupons and knew I had 17. When the cashier was scanning them, she dropped a few onto the pile of already scanned coupons. When I checked my receipt there were only 16 that were rung up. Thankfully the mgr made it right but I’ve learned to at least count the number of coupons I am using!

I made a quick and unorganized stop in Warsaw while at the lake and saved 79% of which $18 of the $28 bill was my mom and not coupons, so I think my percentage would have been in the 90%’s!!!
I can’t wait to get home tonight and make my official couponing trip when I get home tonight in Tipton. Sure hope the shelves are still full! :)

I really love Marsh doing triple coupons.

You’re all so lucky! I don’t even have a store that doubles coupons nearby.

Thank you so much for posting this! I had no clue they were doing this this weekend, but I got out there Friday and got some great deals! Granted, I only saved 50% (would’ve been 80%), because I picked up one of their $19.95 meat packs. But I got Covergirl eye shadow for $0.29 and toothpaste for sensitive teeth for $0.89! :) This was fun for me and it was really my first couponing excursion. I’ve done little transactions before, but this was so cool! I’m hoping they do this more often and we can keep on saving!

I went today and sadly some of the deals were gone but I still got some savings.
My grand total: $89.88 – – total OOP: $20.64. I hardly ever go to Marsh but it looks like I’ll be there again tomorrow.
