Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups DairyPure milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 cups of bread cubes (approximately 6 slices of bread)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a saucepan heat milk and butter until butter is melted.
  3. In a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, cinnamon until well mixed. Then add in bread cubes and chocolate morsels.
  4. Stir in milk and butter mixture.
  5. Pour into a greased baking dish. (8×8 square or a round)
  6. Bake for 40 – 45 minutes uncovered.
