Recently, I shared with you how easy and convenient it is to pick up Smucker’s® Fruit and Honey Spread at Kroger. It is September, which means most kids are back in their normal school routines which means lots of school lunches and after school snacks to be made. The Smucker’s® Fruit and Honey Spread are the perfect product to turn a classic and sometimes boring peanut butter and jelly sandwich into delicious and fun Peanut Butter & Fruit and Honey Sushi Rolls.
This recipe also only requires three ingredients and a little finesse! You will just need your favorite peanut butter, your favorite Smucker’s® Fruit and Honey Spread, and bread. Easy peasy!
Next you will want to trim off the crusts of the bread. If you want to waste nothing, use those bread crusts to make your own homemade croutons. Roll bread flat with a rolling pin.
Spread about 1/2 Tablespoon peanut butter on the bread.
Spread about 1/2 Tablespoon of your favorite Smucker’s® Fruit and Honey Spread on top of the peanut butter. Roll tighly each slice. Cut each roll into 4 pieces.
The biggest problem you will have with this recipe is making them before the kids eat them right up. These make for a fun lunch box idea or even a fun after school snack.
