Pomegranate Strawberry Smoothie

Was one of your New Year’s resolutions this year to take better care of your health, to lose weight or to eat healthier? Apparently, losing weight is the most popular resolution people make every year, so if that’s what you chose, you aren’t alone!

Of course, if you decided that this year is the year that you’re finally going to lose the weight, then you’re going to need some great recipes. Thankfully, recipes don’t have to taste like cardboard in order to be good for you.

Take this easy smoothie recipe, for example. This Pomegranate Strawberry Smoothie is made from good-for-you ingredients including pomegranate juice, yogurt and strawberries, with just a little honey added to sweeten it up. It tastes amazing, and you don’t have to feel guilty drinking it!

If you’ve never learned how to make a smoothie, the process is really easy. Just dump all of the ingredients for this easy smoothie recipe right into the blender and blend until everything is mixed together. {Personally I love my Ninja Master Prep Professional Blenderr!} You can substitute any of the ingredients for other ingredients you might have on hand or like better, too. Smoothies are very versatile!
