Yummy! Chicken Casserole

Add frozen corn or peas to make it veggilious! Bake some Pillsbury Grands Dinner Rolls ($1 on sale & after coupons!) along with it.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of chopped cooked chicken
- 1 – 10¾ oz. can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom
- 1 8 oz. carton of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1½ cups of crushed round buttery crackers
- ¼ cup butter or margarine melted
Instructions
- Combine first 4 ingredients.
- Spoon into greased baking dish.
- Combine crushed crackers and butter.
- Sprinkle over chicken mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
