My kids love anything Pizza! To make our pizza night fun, I decided to let them help make their own mini pizzas. Of course, they had a blast customizing their mini-pizza just how they wanted too. Plus, when you shop at ALDI you can get all the ingredients you need for under $10! We even had mozzarella cheese left to spare after our fun!
Suggested Ingredients:
- Mama Cozzi Pizza Crust
- Happy Harvest Tomato Sauce
- Stonemill Essentials Basil Leaves
- Stonemill Essentials Oregano
- Happy Farms Mozzarella Cheese or Sharp Cheddar
- Mama Cozzi Sliced Pepperoni
- Vegetables of your choice
Start out with a Mama Cozzi Pizza Crust that you can cut out into mini circles using a large cookie cutter. Top with tomato sauce (included in the pizza crust package) and sprinkle with a little oregano and/or basil.
Add sliced pepperoni and desired amount of cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is melted, which is around 10 – 15 minutes.
