When I recently found International Delight Peppermint Mocha at my local grocery store, I almost let out a loud yelp! Since it is near the end of the October, it doesn’t quite seem possible that peppermint season is right around the corner. As soon as Halloween is over next week, it is officially time for peppermint. To get a head start on one of the most fantastic seasonal products, I picked up a quart of International Delight Peppermint Mocha to incorporate into a delicious holiday recipe.
International Delight Peppermint Mocha is described as when “the rich taste of chocolate meets the festive peppermint flavor.” It is the seasonal coffee creamer flavor I wait {patiently} to appear in stores all year! While, it is the perfect creamer to make your morning coffee festive for the season, it is also easy to incorporate International Delight Peppermint Mocha into any of your holiday recipe ideas.
I have a super easy holiday recipe idea for you that will knock your guests socks off with delight. Did I mention it was easy? I love easy recipes that I can whip up in just a few minutes to take to holiday gatherings. This No Bake Peppermint Cheesecake Cookie Dip is one of those recipes for when you are in a time crunch. It takes under 10 minutes to prepare and about an hour for it to set. Then you are good to go. Incorporating International Delight Peppermint Mocha creamer means you only need three ingredients for this taste bud tantalization.
You will just need:
- 1 box no bake cheesecake dessert mix
- 1 1/2 cup International Delight Peppermint Mocha
- 8 – 10 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
Mix the no bake cheesecake mix with your International Delight Peppermint Mocha in a mixer until well combined. Add 3/4 crushed cookies and mix. Place in refrigerator and let set for about an hour. Remove from refrigerator and add remaining cookies and stir. Serve with graham crackers or fruit. Enjoy!
