Avocado Club Sandwich with Cilantro-Lime Mayo – Perfect Pairing with Lipton Cold Brew

Sitting down with a delicious glass of freshly brewed tea is the perfect way to bring friends and family together. On hot days, we love to enjoy a nice glass of freshly brewed iced tea. It is a great way to slow down, sit back, and enjoy the day. Iced tea can also be the perfect complement to your family dinner or lunch time!

Lipton Cold Brew

Lipton iced tea is a great part of our meal time moments. What pairs great with iced tea? There are so many meals that pair perfectly but when I think of iced tea, I think of my days working at a local restaurant. My friends and I would enjoy sitting back with freshly brewed iced tea and enjoy a club sandwich. It brings back great memories. While a club sandwich is a classic favorite, I came up with a new twist on one of my favorites that is fresh and delicious – Avocado Club sandwich with a creamy cilantro-lime mayo.

This is a great sandwich idea to enjoy with family or friends when paired with Lipton Cold Brew iced tea. While their are several ingredients for the mayo, it is well worth it and only takes a few minutes to measure out and combine.

Using Lipton Cold Brew tea makes it easier to get fresh-brewed tea without the need to boil water, thus saving time too. It’s super easy to make two quarts of Lipton Cold Brew:

  1. Pour 8 cups COOL water over 2 tea bags.
  2. Cold brew for 5 minutes dunking frequently. Stir and then remove tea bags.
  3. Sweeten to taste. Add ice and ENJOY!

Keep refrigerated.
