Due to the legal department of Darden reaching out, I am not longer “allowed” to use the name of this “popular” chain Italian restaurant on this post. However, use your imagination!

My favorite part about eating at <insert name of popular chain Italian restaurant> is the big bowl of salad with their signature <insert name of popular chain Italian restaurant> Salad dressing drizzled all over the top. We’ve worked out a really good version of this salad dressing for you to enjoy at home. This Copycat <insert name of popular chain Italian restaurant> Salad Dressing goes great on any salad or use as a marinade for meat or a veggie dip.

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Garlic salt

Joyce at says Copycats that rock are hard to come by. Thank you for this awesome salad dressing. I am vegan and we eat a lot of salads. I had to improvise with using vegan mayo and vegan cheese. Sometimes, I do omit the cheese, and it’s still awesome. So easy to make, economical too.
