Easy Pizza Sauce Recipe

As much as I love ordering a pizza on a fast-paced weekend night, lately my family has had a lot of fun making our own pizzas from scratch. There’s just something so fun about choosing just the right ingredients, arranging them however you want, and deciding exactly how much you want. Even if everyone wants something different on their pizza, everyone can have exactly what they want.

Of course, if you are going to go to the effort of making homemade pizza, you might as well make homemade pizza sauce. We have shared a great recipe for making your own homemade pizza dough. It isn’t that much trouble, and it is worth every bit of the time it takes. Not only can you season it to your exact tastes and preferences, but I also love the fact that it is much healthier for you than store-bought varieties.

Store-bought cans of pizza sauce often have unnecessary chemicals and additives in them. Plus, they often come in a can, which greatly increases the chance that your food will have BPA in it. By making your own Homemade Pizza Sauce, however, you don’t run that risk. You can stick to only whole, wholesome ingredients without any of the potentially harmful additives.

Homemade Pizza Sauce Ingredients

If you haven’t ever made your own pizza or your own homemade pizza sauce, today is the day to try it. It’s delicious, healthy and easy. Try it once. You may never look back!
