- 1.5 cups water
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
- 1.5 instant white rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, colby jack, or mexican)
- Bring tomato sauce, water, and taco seasoning to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Add rice.
- Cover and let sit for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cheese.
