CLOSED Giveaway: Swiffer Duster Solution Products

October 6, 2011 By: Briana Carter223 Comments

I hate cleaning and I hate dusting the most! Maybe you feel the same or are just too busy and overwhelmed to care? Swiffer makes a little more fun with the Dry Cloths, 360 Duster, and WetJet Solutions. In fact, they just recently reintroduced these three products, which do not dissapoint!

Swiffer Dry Cloths – These are great to trap and lock dirt and hair for hard to reach places. These are perfect for any textured surfaces and places you can’t get it easily.

Swiffer WetJet – Doesn’t everyone own one of these yet? These are perfect for ceramic tile, hardwood, and laminate floors. It makes it so easy to get that dirt and grime off your floors. In fact, two years ago, I did a video on our love of the Swiffer WetJet.

Swiffer Dusters – These are better than a dry dust cloth and are coated with Dust-Lock Adhesive that cleans in tight and hard to reach places. These can go virtually everywhere!

How would you like to win to try these items out for yourself?

My favorite cleaning tip? Delegate LOL!
I’ve found that I hate trying to keep my glass top stove clean and the store bought cleaners not only don’t clean it well, but they burn and irritate my hands. So I’ve started using baking soda and water to form a paste, apply it and let it sit for a bit and then scrub off. Then I use water/vinegar for a final wipe down and it is sparkly clean and is easier to wipe down between these cleanings… plus my hands don’t end up red, raw and itchy!

No, seriously. I clean room to room one day a week each room has a different day it is cleaned of clutter. Also, to save time If I see something that is out of place. (which is all the time with three children and husband) I take care of it right away.

Never let a room get past the point of a quick pick up. With 3 children of my own that isn’t always possible…but that way if you are on your way out or company is stopping in…you just a have a quick 10 min job of tiding up.

When dusting, start at the top and go to the bottom…this applies room wide. I start with ceiling fans and go from there. Also, to avoid lint on windows and mirrors, I use coffee filters to do a final dry.

I just tried the Swiffer Duster that I received from Vocalpoint (?). It works very very well. The only problem was that once I got started, I had to dust EVERYTHING!

It was so grimy after my dusting session that it was a one-use item. ;)

I also think it would be a reall handy item to keep in the car to get the far reaches of the dash.
