Homemade sausage patties are easy to make, will save you a little dough, and taste so much better than store bought sausage patties. You can use a variety of seasoning but I choose garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to keep it simple.Print
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt & pepper to taste
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. I just shook the salt and pepper for a few seconds until it looked like the right amount.
- To shape your patties you can use a biscuit cutter if you have this or use glassware to shape.
- I used a small glass we had to make ours the perfect shape.
- Cook on stove top in a pan until done.
