Make One Small Change Challenge :: Start Your CVS/pharmacy Shopping Trip at the Coupon Center

November 18, 2015 by Briana Carter

This is sponsored content. I’m proud to partner with CVS/pharmacy for the #FindYourHealthy campaign. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Start Your Shopping Trip at the Coupon Center

Making one small change in your life can lead to huge benefits. This small change could be for your health, for your family, or even for your budget. With the upcoming holidays, we are going to focus on one small change you can make when you shop at CVS/pharmacy which will save you money and help you #FindYourHealthy.

Reducing your expenses can help you #FindYourHealthy by reducing the stress of being overextended on your budget. Giving yourself a little more wiggle room while you are shopping can also allow you to shift part of your necessity budget to wellness items to help you find your healthy.  I’m going to let you in on my CVS/pharmacy saving secret – the magical coupon machine located in stores.

This magical coupon machine formally known as the ExtraCare Coupon Center should be the start of every shopping trip at CVS/pharmacy. Simply scan your ExtraCare rewards card before shopping. The coupon center will print out coupons that can be extremely valuable to your weekly shopping trip. Often there is a really hot deal for the week that you don’t want to miss but you might if you don’t scan your ExtraCare card.

CVS ExtraBuck Coupon Center

Each week make an effort to visit the ExtraCare Coupon Center at the beginning of your shopping trip. Then purchase products that will earn ExtraBuck Rewards that week. For example, there might be a special on CVS/pharmacy vitamins to earn ExtraBucks when you spend a set amount on those particular items. This can help your health and wellness and reduce your out of pocket costs. Each week we post all of the deals at CVS/pharmacy with coupon match-ups. We’ve done all the hard work of finding the deals. All you need to do is make your list and shop.

What small change can you make for the month of November that will help you #FindYourHealthy? Enter via the widget below for a chance to win a $50 CVS/pharmacy gift card!

It’s funny, but over the last couple of months I’ve made precisely the small changes you’re talking about: I quit smoking two months ago cold turkey after a two pack a day habit. Earlier this month, when my taste buds were returning, I had a particularly bad cup of coffee (with my usual cream and sugar). On a whim I grabbed another cup, just black, and I haven’t looked back since. These little lifestyle changes have already made a huge difference on me. I’m losing weight, I’m more active already. It’s funny how it snowballs. I’m starting to work out again, so I hope the little thing I do is just keep it up. It’s all about lifestyle changes, isn’t it? A small, good change will almost always lead to a bigger one. Thank you for the giveaway!
