Happy Friday! Here’s a quick Beachside Workout that’ll be sure to keep you bikini-fit:
WARM-UP
- Stretch: Arms, Legs, Back (5-10 minutes)
- Walk/Jog/Run on the Beach: For increased difficulty, do this in the soft sand (5-10 minutes)
WORKOUT
- Squats & Squat Jumps (3-5 sets of 10)
- Planks & Side Planks (20-30 seconds, 6 times)
- Spidermans (3-5 sets of 10)
- Jumping Jacks (50-100)
- Calf Raises (Both, Left, Right) (3 Sets of 10-20)
COOL-DOWN
- Tread the Waves where you can’t touch the water’s floor (5-10 minutes)
- Stretch!
There are plenty of fun activities you can do that will help you stay fit while vacationing at the beach! You could play sand volleyball, build a sandcastle, throw a football or a frisbee, or simply take a long walk. These are not only great for you but also very entertaining.
