Get Fit Friday: Get on the Ball!

Need something different to add to your workout routine?  Work in some solid cardio then get on the stability ball and try these exercises!

1. Squats:  10, Hold at the bottom for 10 seconds (x3)
2. Push-Ups: 10-20 (x3)
3. Cruches: 25, 10 to the right then 10 to the left (x2)
4. Table Tops: 10, Hold Up for 10 seconds (x3)
5. Leg Extensions: 25 both legs, 10 right, 10 left (x2)
6. Arm Presses: 10 Pulse, Hold for 10 seconds (x3)
7. Leg Squeeze: 10 Pulse, Hold for 10 seconds (x3)
8. Bench Press (with body bar or free weights): 10-20 (x3)
9. Arm Curls (with body bar or free weights): 10 Pulse, Hold up for 10 seconds (x3)
10. Tricep Extensions (with body bar or free weights): 10-20 (x3)

These are just some of the exercises you can do with a stability ball.  Alternate upper body and lower body exercises for a great workout!
