have a folder for each kid and put all important papers in each
I am subscribed to both your feed and email.
We pack our lunches, check our backpacks, pick out our clothes the night before. The kids put papers and forms on the counter for me to look at when I get home and then it immediates goes in the backpack after filled out or signed.
I am also a subscriber!!
As soon as I buy any school supplies they go right into the backpacks so I don’t misplace them and have to find more at the last minute. And I keep a check list to make sure everyone has everything they need.
I buy plastic boxes for each one’s pencils, pens, crayons etc…
I buy in bulk when everything is on sale at the beginning of the school year. Since we homeschool, everyone has their own “space” to keep their things.
I have your button!
Blessings,
Lori Johnson
From day one, there is one place for backpacks by the door in a basket with each of the kids names on them. When homework is done, the backpacks are immediately put back so that there is no rushing around in the morning looking for lost things.

I organize my family for back to school by writing everything down on the calendar. If it isn’t on the calendar, it doesn’t happen

To make sure my boys stay organized I give them each an “Agenda” or calender book at the beginning of the school year. I encourage them to write down all assignments, reminders, important days for events, etc. in their Agenda, so that nothing is forgotten.

Color-Coded calendars keep eachperson where they need to be at all times.
Buy everything ahead of time when things are onsale and wait for good deals on school supplies that can be combined with RR’s and ECB’s. Needless to say we get alot of out school supplies for free.
I am way past back to school years but I would love to win this to donate to Jenner Elementary in Cabrini Green!

I bought my daughter a desk and it has helped her to keep organized.
I am not organized when it comes to school stuff, so I could really use the help!!
Everyday after school I go through my daughter’s backpack so that I personally know what all she needs to do that evening for school. After she gets it done, it goes right back into her backpack along with her lunch $ and anything else she may need for the next day. Also make sure to have all the clothes picked out that your child is going to wear the following day. It saves alot of stress and time on school mornings.
I am a list maker – everything is on a list and crossed off as we go – this way nothing is overlooked or forgotten. Lists are checked before bedtime and before we leave in the morning.
I plan on setting out clothing the night before, packing lunches the night before & making up the small packages of snacks/serrvings for the week all at once.
I need some organization, I blog, teach, and am a mommy to a fuzzy cat. I am way busy!
I buy lunch items, back to school supplies when they are heavily on sale and use coupons. Double Kmart days are excellent for this!
I buy in bulk! Everything is cheaper and lasts longer! =]
Thanks for the great giveaway!
Everything is set out the night before so we are ready to go in the morning.
I make lunchs and lay clothes the night before so that mornings aren’t so hectic.
