I have the exercise thing under control at the moment. Even with our busy lifestyle of rushing from baseball to soccer to whatever the day brings, I’ve still been able to make time for exercise. What has worked for me is scheduling the nights/days I want to exercise on our family google calendar.
Once it is on the family calendar, I feel more inclined to actually do it since people in the house are expecting I will do what is on our calendar!
Now onto what is becoming my biggest challenge – getting back on the healthy eating bandwagon! Some things that have worked for me in the past include:
Chopping up vegetables and preparing fruits early in the week and individually packaging them for convenience.
Having a water filter in the fridge to make sure I drink plenty of water. Drinking water is one of my keys to eating healthy.
Having a variety of my favorite vegetables on hand also helps!
